Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (i.e Monday – Saturday). For orders within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 1-3 days. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We use Aramex, Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1000. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many baubles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with online refunds for online payments and store credit for COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners.
